What the books are about
The books are written by Rand Miller with David Wingrove about the history of the D'Ni and and the history and legend behind the island of myst. The order there supposed to be read in is-The book of Atrus, The book of Ti'Ana, then the book of Dni, evn though the time order is Ti'Ana, Atrus, then D'Ni. They tell tales of mystery and intrigue, of vengence and betrayal. They are so interesting you wont be able to put them down. I have some info on this page about them (but no spoilers). I hope you will read and enjoy them to, as I have!

my review/summary-This was the best book I have ever read. Tianna reaches Dni through a passageway that the Dni didnt finish building and slowly the dni civlization falls away until the destruction of D'ni is unstopable. You will read as Tianna is faced with the greatest loss one can live through, as the good become bad and the bad become good and no one knows just who to trust. I dont want to say too much to ruin your reading experience, but I will say I couldn't put this book down. It was great!

What I have to say- This was my favorite of the novels. It tells the story of the events leading up to the game myst. Ive allways wondered why and where Atrus fell into a fissure, until now. What is very cool is that the last paragraph of the book is the first thing you hear when you play myst. A must read for all myst fans.
